Sometimes I cook a jellied pie with broccoli and cheese, it turns out very tasty and tender, but still not comparable to the pie, the recipe for which I will offer you today. My version of how to make a pie with broccoli and cheese on puff pastry, of course, is not new and far from ingenious, nevertheless, the dish turns out to be very tasty. It combines everything I love so much - thin crunchy dough, like the best Italian pizza, aromatic broccoli filling, and the most delicate cream that makes the pie just amazingly tasty. Are you drooling too? Then hurry to the kitchen, get the puff pastry, broccoli and cheese out of the refrigerator and go!

How to make Broccoli Cheese Pie
Prepare all the ingredients you need. Boil broccoli for 5-7 minutes until soft and chop with a knife.
For the cream, break the eggs into milk and beat well with a whisk.
Add salt and flour, stir well to avoid lumps, put on low heat and bring to a boil. Cook with constant stirring for 3-5 minutes until the mass thickens.
Defrost the puff yeast dough in advance so that you can roll it out thinly. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface. Place the dough in a baking dish, forming sides about 1-1.5 cm high.
Top with broccoli.
Put the prepared cream on top in an even layer.
Sprinkle with a sprinkle of grated hard cheese.
Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. All the ingredients in the cake are already ready, they just have to combine into one whole, 15 minutes will be enough for this!
Enjoy your meal!
