How to make "Broccoli and Chicken Salad"

Prepare food for the salad. Wash the chicken fillet and pat dry with a paper towel. Wash lettuce and tomato, peel the garlic.

Season the chicken fillet with salt and sprinkle with oregano or your favorite aromatic herbs. Fry it in vegetable oil until cooked over medium heat, covered, so that it has time to cook inside.

Cut the tomato into small slices.

Boil cabbage in boiling salted water until cooked in just a couple of minutes. And immediately after boiling water, pour over ice water, this will allow the cabbage to retain its color.

Take portioned plates, lay out the lettuce leaves. From a given amount of products, two good portions come out.

Spread the grilled meat (cut into long pieces), tomatoes and broccoli on the leaves. Crush the garlic through a press and distribute over the salad. Salt, season with herbs.

Make a light mayonnaise mesh and serve the salad to the table. Enjoy!
