How to cook "Thick pancakes on fermented baked milk"

In a deep bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and baking soda.

Beat the egg and stir in the fermented baked milk. Pour liquid over dry ingredients. Stir.

Add melted butter.

Stir the dough thoroughly until smooth.

Preheat a frying pan with a drop of oil. Fry pancakes on both sides until tender.
