How to cook "Pancakes on fermented baked milk with boiling water"
Whisk eggs with sugar and salt
Add fermented baked milk at room temperature and soda to the eggs. We mix.
Add flour and stir so that there are no lumps. And then add boiling water in a thin stream and stir the dough all the time. Then add vegetable oil and mix.
Let the dough stand for 15 minutes, let it cool. We heat the pan strongly - then the pancakes will turn out to be perforated, openwork - and bake thin pancakes.
Grease the finished pancakes with melted butter and stack on top of each other. Enjoy your meal!
