- Chicken breast - 300 grams (fillet)
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Wheat flour - 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt, spices, herbs - To taste (ground paprika, bay leaf, ground black pepper)
- Vegetable oil - 3-4 Tbsp. spoons
- Water - 1.5 Glasses
How to make Chicken Breast Gravy
Prepare food. Wash and dry the chicken breast. Peel all vegetables, prepare for frying. Calculate the amount of flour and water individually, with these ingredients you can adjust the thickness of the gravy.
Cut the chicken fillet into medium-sized pieces.
Send it to a hot skillet with vegetable oil. Fry until the meat turns white.
Cut the onion into cubes. Grate the carrots.
Add to meat and fry until half cooked.
Add sour cream, salt, spices, bay leaf. Stir.
Pour in a glass of water, stew the meat with sour cream for 15 minutes.
Dissolve the flour in half a glass of water until completely dissolved, pour into the gravy, stirring occasionally, to distribute the flour and thicken the gravy. Add dill. Put out a minute - and turn off the heat.
