- Squid carcass - 250 Grams
- Apple - 1 Piece
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Eggs - 2 Pieces
- Mayonnaise - 100-120 Grams

How to cook "Admiral Salad"

Prepare all the ingredients you need in advance. Peel the squid carcass, pre-pour boiling water for a couple of minutes, and boil until tender. Also boil hard boiled eggs, carrots.

For the formation of the salad, you will need a serving ring with a diameter of 12-14 cm. If there is none, you can cut a bottle of a suitable diameter. Cut the apples into cubes and place on the bottom of a flat plate inside the ring. Top with a fine mesh of mayonnaise.

Cut the squid into small cubes and lay out in a second layer. Brush with mayonnaise again.

Put the finely chopped carrots in the third layer, brush with mayonnaise.

Separate the whites from the yolks. Cut the squirrels into small cubes and lay out in the next layer, cover with mayonnaise.

Grind the yolks into crumbs and lay out in the last layer.

Remove the serving ring carefully. The salad is ready and ready to be served.
