Cooking description:
Green tea is known for its health benefits. It has antioxidants, but also caffeine, so it will refresh and invigorate you. In the hot version of this recipe, honey and tangerine will help increase immunity, especially this tea will be good in winter. Mint provides a light, soothing scent. See the recipe below. By the way, if you are a sour lover and love tea with lemon, then you can easily replace the orange with lemon or lime.

How to make Mint Green Tea

Prepare all ingredients. Any green tea will work, so take your favorite.

To make the finished drink more, take two half-liter jars (glass). If you are making a cold refreshing version, put ice in one of the jars. In another jar, pour boiling water over the tea bags.

The infusion time of the tea depends on your preference for its strength. 5 minutes is enough for me.

We squeeze the tea bags and discard them.

In a jar of ice, add orange (or tangerine, lime, lemon), cut into rings and washed mint leaves.

Add honey to your tea to taste.

When the tea has cooled slightly, pour it into a jar of ice and mint. You can serve it right away, or you can put it in the refrigerator for a while.

And here is the same tea, only with lime. Enjoy your meal!
