How to cook "Lazy belyashi on kefir"

Add salt, pepper, chopped herbs, onions and garlic to the minced meat. Mix well. Mix salt, sugar and egg, add kefir with baking soda and gradually add flour. Knead the dough.

Prepare small minced cakes.

Heat oil in a skillet. Spoon the portions of the dough as if on a pancake. On each such "pancake" immediately put the minced meat cake.

And quickly pour the dough on top so that the meat is slightly visible in the center of the whites. Fry well on both sides. Then place on a paper towel and let the excess oil drain. Can be served immediately.
