Ingredients:
- Kefir - 1 Glass
- Semolina - 1 Glass
- Sugar - 1 Glass
- Flour - 1 Glass
- Egg - 3 Pieces
- Butter - 50 Grams
- Soda - 1 Teaspoon (slaked with vinegar)
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon - 1 \ 2 Pieces (Juice)
- Lemon zest - 1 Piece (one lemon)

How to cook "Mannik with lemon"

Prepare all ingredients. Wash the lemons. Sift flour.

In a bowl, mix sugar, semolina and kefir. Mix well, break the lumps of semolina. Place in a warm place for 20-30 minutes, during which time the cereal will absorb the liquid and swell.

Melt the butter in a water bath. Beat the eggs into a plate. After mixing the eggs with ghee, slowly pour them into the semolina, stirring until the dough is smooth.

Add lemon zest and lemon juice into the dough, mix the mass.

Add baking powder, slaked soda and flour to the dough. Stir, try to break all the lumps. The dough should turn out like liquid sour cream.

Pour the dough onto a baking sheet, after greasing it with oil. Leave the dough for 20-30 minutes at room temperature.

Bake the manna in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. Cut the manna after it has cooled completely. Enjoy your meal.
