- Frozen berries - 150 grams (and the same number of canned pineapple rings - if you cook with me and a bonus!)
- Eggs - 3 Pieces
- Flour - 30 Grams
- Powdered sugar - 70 Grams
- Milk - 200 Grams

How to make Frozen Berry Open Pie

1. Beat the eggs in a thick white foam, so that it even increases in volume. Then add powdered sugar, flour and milk. Mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps.

2. Put the berries straight from the freezer into a mold and let them melt a little. The more juice in this dish, the better!

3. Pour berries and pineapple with our dough, if you, like me, cook two pies at once. We now send our pie to bake for half an hour.

4. The pie is ready when the middle is still slightly wobbling, but it itself becomes firm. Bon Appetit!
