To prepare grilled sausages, we need chicken fillet (you can take it from the thigh), turkeys, as well as ready-made pork intestines. I take these from the bazaar, they do not need to be washed or cleaned, but you can immediately start cooking sausages. I advise you to take also rosemary and thyme for the filling: the aroma will be delicious! To get the grill effect, I recommend turning on the "Fry" mode.

- Turkey fillet - 200 Grams
- Chicken fillet - 400 Grams

How to cook "Grilled sausages in a slow cooker"

Prepare all the ingredients you need.

Rinse the turkey fillet, remove all films, chop finely.

Then chop the meat finely. I do not recommend using a meat grinder or blender: birds have very tender meat. Add spices to taste, stir.

Do the same with chicken fillet. Then mix both minced meat, add rosemary and chopped garlic.

Stir until smooth.

We start cooking sausages: tie a knot at the end of the intestine, lightly put the intestine on a tube (you can use a cut-off wide syringe), and fill it with minced meat.

Then tie the end.

Make small sausages so they fit easily in the multicooker bowl. Lightly grease the bowl with sunflower oil, put the sausages and set either "Baking" or "Frying" mode for 20 minutes. I put "Fry", it already depends on your multicooker, which mode will fry them better.
