How to make Turkey Potato Pie
I use ready-made yeast dough. Put it in a greased mold, make bumpers. But you can make such a dough yourself. There are several options here: either entrust the recipe for cooking to a bread maker, or knead the dough yourself.
Lay thinly sliced potatoes on top of the dough in one layer. Remember that if your potatoes are chopped coarsely, then they will not have time to cook in the finished pie. The potato pieces should literally glow. I used a vegetable peeler.
Spoon out a few slices of butter. Chop the boiled poultry meat, put it on top of the potatoes.
Beat a few eggs with milk. Add salt and pepper.
Cover the poultry layer with the rest of the potatoes.
Fill the top with the prepared fill.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Bake the pie in the oven until tender.
