- Tilapia fillet - 4-5 pieces
- Carrots - 2 Pieces
- Onions - 2 Pieces
- Sour cream - 3-4 Art. spoons
- Lemon - 1/2 Piece
- Vegetable oil - To taste

How to cook "Fish in sour cream in a pan"
Defrost the fish fillets, rinse and dry with paper towels. Then cut into portions, salt, pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.
We wash the carrots, peel and rub on a coarse grater.
Cut the onion into half rings.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onions and carrots until soft.
Mix sour cream with two glasses of water, salt, pepper and your favorite spices.
Now you need to fry the fish in vegetable oil. Fry on both sides.
Put on top a "pillow" of carrots and onions.
Pour in the sour cream sauce, simmer over low heat for 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
