How to cook "Fish baked with mushrooms and cheese"

Wash the defrosted white fish fillets with water and dry. Divide the fillet into several parts. Put chopped dill on the bottom of the mold, then lay out the fish in layers. Salt and pepper each bite.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry chopped onion until transparent. Then add the mushrooms cut into thin slices. Fry for another 5-6 minutes, salt and pepper to taste. Next, we shift the mushrooms fried with onions into a mold, placing them on white fish.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Spread the cheese evenly over the baking dish, sprinkling with the mushrooms and onions.

We bake the dish in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Temperature 180 degrees. Enjoy your meal!
