- Pasta - 250 grams (rolls)
- Minced meat - 250 Gram
- Hard cheese - 50 grams
- Onion - 1-2 Pieces
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon

- Pepper - 1 Pinch
- Fresh Greens - 1 Pinch
- Nutmeg - 1 Pinch
- Milk - 0.5 cups
- Butter - 100 grams
- Flour - 100 Grams

How to make Stuffed Pasta Sauce

1. These cannelloni will be required for the preparation of stuffed pasta with sauce. If you wish, you can take large shells, for example.

2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the peeled and chopped onion. Wash the meat, dry it a little and pass it through a meat grinder. Place the minced meat in a skillet and fry until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add spices if desired.

3. The tubes should be immersed in boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Then drain the water and dry the cannelloni a little. Melt the butter in a skillet to make the sauce. Add flour, stirring constantly, fry a little. Then pour in a thin stream of milk, salt to taste. Add a pinch of pepper and nutmeg.

4. Another important ingredient in this dish is cheese. Parmesan is best, but in principle any other hard or semi-hard varieties will do.

5. Pour about a third of the sauce into the bottom of the baking dish. Fill the cooled tubes with the filling and place in the mold. Sprinkle with a little cheese and top with the remaining sauce. Send the mold to the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

6. Then you can take out our pasta to sprinkle with the remaining cheese, and bake them further until tender.

7. The finished dish can be served with vegetables or fresh herbs. Enjoy your meal!
