This is a fairly simple recipe for mushrooms with Bechamel sauce, in which you can use not only oyster mushrooms, but also any of your other favorite mushrooms. This dish can be a great addition to meat or pasta, for example.

- Milk - 250 Milliliters
- Cheese - 100 Grams
- Mushrooms - 250 Grams

How to cook "Mushrooms with Bechamel sauce"

1. In a frying pan, melt the butter and add the flour.

2. Fry over medium heat, stirring constantly.

3. In a separate skillet, lightly fry the mushrooms in a little oil. In this variant of cooking mushrooms with Bechamel sauce, pink oyster mushrooms are used.

4. Pour milk into a frying pan to the fried flour in a thin stream, continuing to stir. Add salt, pepper, if desired - a pinch of nutmeg.

5. Then the mushrooms fried over high heat can be transferred to the sauce.

6. Stir well and leave to simmer mushrooms with sauce over medium heat.

7. Add the grated cheese to the pan 2 minutes until tender. Mix gently.

8. The dish can be removed from the heat. You can complement our mushrooms with a side dish. In this case, it will be pasta cooked in advance. They need to be added to the pan and mixed well with the mushrooms. That's all: you can serve it to the table, sprinkled with fresh herbs.
