How to cook "Steamed fish in a mantool"
We wash and clean the fish by removing fins and films. Cut the fish into portions and marinate (half a glass of cold boiled water + soy sauce + onion in half rings + spices). Marinate for 2-4 hours in the refrigerator.
Fish is marinated under cling film.
Prepare the cooker, grease the container with butter and lay out the fish. We cook for about 15-20 minutes.
