How to cook "Meat soufflé in the oven"

Wash the meat and cut it into small pieces.

For the soufflé, steam the meat, so it will be softer and will not pick up excess liquid. Cook for 25 minutes.

Grind the finished meat in a blender.

Add eggs, milk and cream.

And add spices - salt, pepper and nutmeg. You can add dry aromatic herbs - basil, marjoram, dill, parsley.

Mix all the ingredients with a blender for 3-4 minutes.

Lubricate the soufflé baking dish with butter and put the resulting mass in it.
