How to cook "Meatballs in a creamy mushroom sauce"

1. Peel and chop one medium onion.

2. Wash and dry the herbs, chop. You can use not only dill, as in this case, but also any other greens to taste.

3. Wash the meat and turn it into minced meat. The recipe for making meatballs in a creamy mushroom sauce is suitable for assorted pork, beef and minced meat.

4. Combine all the ingredients for the meatballs in a bowl - onions, herbs, minced meat, bread crumbs and milk. Beat in an egg, season with salt and pepper to taste.
