How to cook "Solyanka with pork ribs"

1. The final result will depend on the amount of ingredients, or rather on their variety. It is best to use a small amount of different smoked meats - sausages, sausages, ham, etc. The first step is to pour cold water over the ribs and send them to the fire. After boiling, cook for about 45-55 minutes.

2. While the broth is being cooked, you can start preparing the filling. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.

3. Pour some oil into the pan and send the onions there. Fry it over medium heat until golden brown.

4. Smoked meats should be cut into small cubes and also added to the pan. In this case, 3 types of smoked meats are used in the recipe for making a hodgepodge with pork ribs.

5. Fry a little and then add the tomato paste to the pan. Stir gently and add a pinch of pepper if desired.

6. Chop pickled cucumbers and fry in a separate pan. For a more sour taste, a hodgepodge with pork ribs at home can be prepared with the addition of pickle from cucumbers.

7. Strain the finished broth and send finely chopped potatoes into it. In the meantime, cool the ribs a little, chop and send back to the pan with the broth. After boiling, add a little salt.

8. After 15 minutes, smoked meats and cucumbers can be added to the stock with the broth. Cook for about 10-12 minutes more, then add the chopped olives.

9. Here is a fairly simple recipe for a hodgepodge with pork ribs. Before serving, add a slice of lemon to each plate and, if desired, a little sour cream.
