Cooking description:
We fry minced meat with onions and spices - this is our filling. Prepare pancake dough from flour, eggs, water or milk. The consistency of the dough should be like liquid sour cream. Grease the hot pan with oil and fry the pancakes. I usually pour the dough with a ladle, distribute the dough over the pan, turning it on the fly, then fry the pancake on one side for a minute and turn it over. Stuff the pancakes with meat, fold the envelope and serve. If desired, the envelopes can be fried additionally to keep them hot and golden brown.

How to make Stuffed Pancakes with Meat

Drive 1 egg, sugar, salt, baking powder into a bowl.

Add milk and water. Beat until smooth.

Sift flour. Knead the dough. Add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Let the dough stand for 10 minutes.

The dough is ready for frying pancakes. I will separately dwell on the salt in the dough. Someone likes meat pancakes with sweet dough, and someone with salty. The amount of salt and sugar indicated in the recipe can be changed to suit your taste. Fry pancakes in a frying pan as usual.

Chop the onions and fry them until golden brown.

Add the raw minced beef made at home. I don't like store-bought minced meat. There is often no news of what. It is better to cook minced meat yourself at home. It will be juicy and tasty.

Pour in 0.5 cups of water, add spices and salt. Simmer for 7 minutes without a lid. The meat will come very quickly. It will be juicy. If necessary, you can add water during the extinguishing process.

Stuff the pancakes with ready-made meat filling. For each pancake, 2 teaspoons. Collapse into an envelope.

I got 13 pancakes out of this number of products.

You can eat. Serve additional sour cream to the table.
