Boil eggs hard-boiled. Cool, peel and cut in half. Mash the yolks, mix with grated cheese, horseradish, sour cream, salt, pepper. Stuff the egg halves, garnish with herbs and serve.

- Sour cream - 1 tbsp. a spoon
- White horseradish - 1 teaspoon
- Hard cheese - 50 Grams
- Salt, black pepper - 1 gram
- Green onions, greens, any - To taste

How to make Filled Eggs

Boil chicken eggs in boiling water. Clean up.

Cut each egg in half with a sharp knife.

Separate the whites from the yolks. Set aside the proteins.

Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.

Add sour cream, white horseradish, black pepper and salt.

Fill each half of the eggs with the resulting paste.

Garnish with green onions and parsley. Serve to the table.
