- Ground beef - 500 Grams
- Potatoes - 1 Kilogram
- Carrots - 2 Pieces
- Onions - 2 Pieces
- Vegetable oil - 50 Milliliters
- Tomato sauce or pasta - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Broth or water - 400 Milliliters
- Salt, pepper, spices - To taste

How to cook Minced Beef Stew

Dice the onion.

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Peel and dice the potatoes.

Fry the onions in a skillet.

Add carrots. We fry everything together for 3 minutes.

Add minced meat. Simmer all together for 5 minutes.

Add water (broth) and spices to taste.

Simmer for 10 minutes. Now add the tomato sauce.

Add chopped potatoes. Stir. Add water if necessary. Cover the skillet with a lid, reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender. Stir occasionally. Add fluid if necessary.

Stew with minced meat is ready. Serve it hot.
