How to cook "Boiled fish with Polish sauce"

Cut the fish fillet into pieces, check for bones, wash.

Now let's start cooking fish. You can simply boil it in a saucepan in water, and use the fish broth for the fish soup. And you can make sure that all the nutrients remain in the fish. To do this, cook the fish in a little water in a frying pan. Pour half a glass of water into the pan, add a little salt and put the fish fillets into it.

Cook the fish for about 15 minutes over medium heat. You can turn it over in the middle of the process. Watch the fish closely and don't miss the moment when all the water has evaporated.

Hard-boiled eggs, cool and peel. Grate.

Melt the butter.
