Ingredients:
- Chicken Breast - 600 Grams
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp. spoons
- Garlic - 2 Cloves
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Curry - 3 Teaspoons
- Potatoes - 2 Pieces
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Coconut Milk - 400 Milliliters
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 Piece
- Corn starch - 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Spices - To taste

How to cook "Chicken fillet with curry and vegetables"

We cut the chicken into pieces, vegetables into cubes. Chop the onion and garlic.

Fry the garlic and onion in a deep frying pan in oil. When the onions are translucent, add some of the curry.

Place the chicken and mix.

After lightly roasting the chicken, add spices and curry.

Add potatoes and carrots.

Pour 2/3 of the coconut milk into the wok. Simmer covered for about 15 minutes. Dissolve the starch in the remaining milk.

Add pepper and starch to almost finished potatoes. Stir and cook until thick. We leave for another 10 minutes under the lid and serve.
