To your attention - a simple recipe for cooking veal in French. The main ingredient is veal (shoulder). Choose mushrooms at your discretion, I used quite familiar ones - champignons. How to cook "French Veal"
Cut the veal into medium cubes and fry in olive oil for about 7-8 minutes.
Now add: chicken broth, carrots, cloves, bay leaves and peppercorns. Bring everything to a boil and simmer under a lid over low heat for 1 hour.
Put chopped mushrooms and onions, continue cooking.
Mix starch with 4 tablespoons. water, add to the pan and stir. Pour in the lemon juice, remove the dish from the stove and let it rest for 5 minutes under the lid.
