How to make "Pan pie sweet"

Pour a can of condensed milk into a convenient dish and add the egg and mix well.

Then add slaked soda and flour. Pour the flour in parts. Knead the adze with a spoon, then with your hands. And we divide the dough into 8 equal parts.

Roll out 8 round cakes, pierce with a fork and put a frying pan over medium heat.

We spread the cake on dry! Fry a frying pan on both sides until golden brown.

Put the finished cakes on a tray. The cakes are baked very quickly, so make sure that the cakes do not burn.

In a saucepan, mix the following ingredients: 2 eggs, half a liter of milk, flour, 1.5 cups of sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat with a whisk and set to simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add butter to the finished cream.
