How to cook "Liver in a pan"

Prepare your ingredients.

Pour sunflower oil 3 tbsp into a saucepan. Add 3 tbsp. water. We spread the beans. When everything is slightly stewed, add butter on top.

Add thyme and salt to the beans, simmer for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, rinse the liver, cut into pieces. Cut the onion into half rings in advance.

Fry the liver in a pan for a short time, a couple of minutes. Add the bow.

Pour balsamic vinegar over the liver. And salt well.

Add the beans, mix everything. Simmer for a couple more minutes.
