- Onion - 1 Piece
- Potatoes - 2 Pieces

How to make "Turkey and Chicken Cutlets"
Pass the fillets and onions through a meat grinder.
Peel and rub the potatoes on a fine grater. Add to minced meat. Season with salt and pepper, add finely chopped garlic and a little water.
Mix the minced meat well and mold the patties. Place the patties on a board or plate and refrigerate for about half an hour.
Heat the oil well in a skillet and fry the patties on one side.
Then turn over and fry the other side.
Put the finished cutlets in a saucepan and wrap with a towel to keep them warm for a while. Thanks to this, the cutlets will not dry out and will become plump and tender.
