Cooking description:
When it comes to cooking pink salmon, you cannot do with ordinary baking, for example, in foil, because this way your fish will most likely turn out to be dry and tasteless. Therefore, personally, I always make pink salmon under a fur coat at home, it is quite simple, and at the same time incredibly tasty. The fish always turns out to be very juicy thanks to the vegetable cap and the sauce in which we will bake it. In general, for lunch or dinner, such a dish is a win-win, so be sure to take note of this simple recipe for pink salmon under a fur coat.

How to cook "Pink salmon under a fur coat"

First, we need to separate the pink salmon fillet from the bones, this must be done very carefully so as not to spoil the appearance of the fish.

Then we cut the fillet into portioned pieces and put in a mold greased with vegetable oil. Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper, sprinkle it with lemon juice.

We clean the onions, cut them into rings and put them on fish pieces.

Now on each piece we put a small slide of grated carrots.

In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise with milk, add a little salt to the sauce, if necessary, and fill it with our fish.

Three cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle generously with pink salmon.

We put the form in an oven preheated to 180-200 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes.
