Cooking description:
The mushroom filling, which includes onions, garlic, chicken fillets and mushrooms, must be fried in oil over medium heat. We use ready-made dough, so it only needs to be rolled out on a floured surface. Then we cut the dough into squares, put a couple of tablespoons of the filling on each and wrap it. We bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. Ready-made envelopes with chicken and mushrooms can be immediately served hot, but they are no less tasty and cold. Bon Appetit!

How to cook "Chicken and Mushroom Envelopes"

Cut the fillet into small cubes, also the mushrooms. Finely chop the onion and set aside the green and white parts separately. Chop the garlic.

Fry the white part of the onion in olive oil until golden brown.

Then add the garlic and green onion and cook for another minute.

Add the chicken fillet and cook for another 5 minutes.

Then add the mushrooms and simmer until the liquid evaporates completely.

Then pour in the cream, bring to a boil. Add some dried thyme, salt and pepper to taste. Boil a little until thick and cool.

Roll out the dough and cut into squares. Place the filling in the middle of each.

Moisten the edges of the squares with water and blind them with an envelope as in the photo. Lubricate them with a beaten egg and send to an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
