Cooking description:
This is a classic recipe for making chak-chak without vodka. This recipe excludes vodka, I replaced it with cognac, in my opinion it gives a wonderful chak-chak aroma, besides, the balls are more crunchy. Chak-chak is served to the table after standing in the refrigerator. Delicious with hot tea!

How to make "Chak-chak without vodka"

We will prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Beat eggs and add cognac to them, mix.

Add a little more than half of the flour and mix. There should be no lumps.

After adding more flour, knead the dough.

Separate small pieces (the size of an egg) from the dough. Roll each such piece into a long thin sausage.

Let the sausages sit for ten minutes. Then cut them very finely with a knife sprinkled with flour.

Now pour a lot of vegetable oil into the pan, bring it to the maximum temperature and fry the dough pieces until a nice yellow color.

Remove the resulting balls with a slotted spoon.

Place the balls on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Heat the honey and sugar in a water bath.

Dip the balls in honey syrup and place gently on a plate. Wet your hands and form a slide. Bon Appetit!
