- Flour - 3 Art. spoons
- Mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp. spoons
- Egg - 5 Pieces
- Minced chicken - 1 Kilogram
- Onion - 2 Pieces
- Salt - To taste
How to make Minced Chicken Pie
Beat eggs with a whisk.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and add to the eggs along with mayonnaise. Stir.
Stir in flour. Put half of the finished dough in a thin layer on a baking sheet, previously covered with baking paper.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Repeat with the second half of the test.
You have two large cakes, cut them in half.
Chop the onion and fry until golden brown.
Mix the fried onions with the minced meat, salt and pepper to taste.
Line a baking dish with foil.
Place half of the crust on the bottom of the mold.
Put a third of the minced meat on it.
Cover the filling with another half of the crust. Put another third of the minced meat on top, then another half of the second crust and the remaining minced meat on it.
Place the last piece of cake on top.
Wrap the pie in foil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for one hour. After that, take out the cake and, without unwrapping, let it stand for another 15 minutes.
