How to cook "Pickled pink salmon"

So, peel the onions and chop them, heat the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the onions in it until golden brown.

Three carrots on a coarse grater and spread to the onion, continue to fry the vegetables, stirring occasionally.

Gut the fish (if necessary), clean it of scales, remove the fins, wash the pink salmon and cut it into portions.

Peel the tomato and cut into small pieces. As soon as the carrots become soft, add tomatoes to the vegetables, mix everything. Add quite a bit of water and simmer vegetables over low heat.

Grind the peppercorns and cloves in a mortar, pour everything along with the rest of the spices into the pan to the vegetables, sprinkle everything with plenty of salt, mix and leave on the fire for another half a minute.

Now we take a baking dish and cover its bottom with half of the cooked marinade, put pieces of pink salmon on it.

Cover the fish with the remaining marinade on top.

We send the form to an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake the fish for 30-35 minutes.

In about half an hour, our pink salmon will be ready, and what flavor will be in the kitchen, words cannot describe. Bon appetit, everyone!
