- Kefir - 250 Milliliters
- Soda - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Salt - 1 Pinch
- Sugar - 1 Tbsp. a spoon
- Flour - 130 Grams
- Vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Water - 100 Milliliters

How to cook "Pancakes on kefir without eggs"

1. Mix kefir, flour, soda, sugar and salt. While we stir, put the kettle on to warm up. When the mixture becomes homogeneous, pour in half a glass of boiling water here and quickly knead the liquid dough.

2. Now add the oil and mix. Let the dough stand for at least 15 minutes, and only then stir it again and start cooking.

3. Fry in a hot pan. I don't add oil, nothing sticks to my frying pan. But if you have it old - it is better to fry in butter.

4. That's it! Pancakes are ready!
