Here is a simple recipe for making mushroom mushroom sauce. Fragrant and moderately thick, this gravy will decorate any side dish. Most often, I cook it for potato pies - at once. It turns out very tasty. Optionally, garnish the gravy with herbs such as parsley. Good luck!

Main Ingredient: Vegetables / Onions / Carrots / Mushrooms / Champignons

- Champignons - 300 Grams
- Onion - 150 Grams
- Carrots - 100 Grams
- Flour - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Water - 2 Glasses
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Spices - To taste
How to cook "Mushroom champignon sauce"
Chop onions and carrots and fry in a pan for 5-7 minutes.
Add mushrooms cut into slices. Cook, stirring under the lid, for 15 minutes.
Dissolve flour in water and stir.
Add to mushrooms.
After stewing mushrooms with flour for 10 minutes, add sour cream, salt and pepper. Stir, remove from the stove and leave for 10 minutes.
