Cooking description:
Such rolls are always a win-win option, because they turn out to be incredibly tasty and look very cute and appetizing. I used to cook them in the oven, but recently I discovered a much more convenient and quick option, and now I will share it with you and tell you how to cook the Minutka roll in the microwave. Yes, you can make such a dish in one large roll, or you can, like me, make several small ones, so they bake faster. In general, in any case, you will spend minimal time on cooking, and then you will not have to wash the baking sheet to remove burnt fat. So with this simple recipe for "Minutka" roll in the microwave, you will not only save time, but also prepare a great dish for lunch or dinner.

How to cook "Roll" Minute "in the microwave"

Put the butter and chopped garlic in a deep microwave-safe bowl. Cover the bowl with a lid and microwave for a minute at maximum power.

Then add cheese grated on a coarse grater to the melted butter, chopped herbs, black pepper to taste, mix everything.

Now we beat off the chicken breasts a little so that they become thinner, put the prepared filling on them and roll the breasts into a roll, fix the edges with a toothpick. Rub the rolls with salt and ground black pepper on all sides.

Break an egg into one bowl and shake it a little, pour breadcrumbs into another, then dip each roll in an egg and roll in breadcrumbs.

Put the rolls on a plate and put them in the microwave on the wire rack. We turn on the combined mode (160 degrees) and cook rolls on it for 15 minutes, then another 15 minutes in the "Grill" mode. If there is no such mode, then simply increase the cooking time at 160 degrees to 20-25 minutes.

Before you blink your eyes, your rolls are ready. They turn out to be very juicy and tender and go well with any side dish. Enjoy your meal!
