How to cook "Chakhokhbili from beef"
Fry the pieces of beef in vegetable oil, lightly sprinkle with flour.
Fry the meat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Salt to taste.
Peel the pepper from seeds and chop finely.
Cut the onions into half rings.
Add the onion to the meat, fry for a couple of minutes.
While the meat is fried, scald the tomatoes with boiling water and remove the skin from them. Then grind the pulp in a blender.
Add tomatoes, garlic, pepper to the pan, to the meat. Salt to taste. Simmer the dish over low heat for 45-50 minutes.
