How to cook "Rabbit in sour cream in the oven"

1. Cut the rabbit, rinse, dry. Place the rabbit parts in a tall saucepan, rub with spices, salt and pepper. Squeeze the lemon juice directly onto the rabbit. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

2. The next day, brush off the spices from the bunny pieces. Dip in flour and fry until golden brown in butter.

3. Transfer to an ovenproof dish.

4. Pour 0.5 liters of hot water into a mold or saucepan for the rabbit. Leave it for now. Peel and chop the onion, leek and garlic. Fry in a skillet in butter.

5. Peel and chop the root vegetables and carrots, add to the onion. Season with salt, pepper, simmer until soft. Then add to the rabbit. Send the bay leaf there.
