How to cook "Goat meat goulash"

Peel the meat from fat and films, cut into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper, add vinegar, olive oil and mix well. Leave to marinate for half an hour.

Meanwhile, peel and cut the onion into half rings.

Cut the pickled peppers into strips.

Fry the meat in a heavy-bottomed skillet without oil and fat until golden brown.

Put the meat in a roasting pan, add vegetables, herbs to taste, 3-4 tablespoons of water. Mix well and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 2.5 hours.
