How to cook "Pike dumplings with bacon"

Let's prepare the necessary ingredients.

Put sour cream in a convenient bowl.

Then sift the flour into sour cream.

Put three tablespoons of butter in a glass and pour boiling water over it.

After the oil has dissolved, pour it into a bowl of flour.

Stir the dough and then knead it with your hands.

Add flour if necessary. The dough should be tight and not stick to your hands. We roll it out.

The filling is easy to prepare. We twist the fish fillet with lard, combine with finely chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste. We knead the minced meat with our hands, constantly adding water in small portions.

Cut out circles from the dough. Put the filling in the center of each circle with a spoon, fold it in half, seal the dough (like on dumplings), then hook the ends.

We put the fashioned dumplings on a chopping board sprinkled with flour. Either we send them to the freezer, or we cook them like ordinary dumplings.
