How to cook "Stewed meat goulash"

1. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry finely chopped zucchini for 2 minutes.

2. Cut the champignons into large pieces.

3. And add them to the courgettes. Fry together for 2-3 minutes.

4. Finely chop onion, tomato and grate carrots. Add to skillet.

5. Now lay out the stew.
