How to cook "Goat meat with apples and prunes"
Cut the goat meat into small pieces.
Chop the goat ribs.
Cut the apples into small pieces, while removing the core.
Cut the onion into large cubes.
Chop the garlic finely, add sugar to it and stir.
Soak prunes in water for a while, then rinse and cut.
Place the cooking utensils on high heat. I took a cauldron, as I cooked on the street on an open fire. When the cauldron is warmed up, pour oil into it and add half of the onion. After the onion turns golden, put the ribs in the cauldron and fry until golden brown. Season with salt, add a pinch of seasoning and lay out the goat meat.
Stir fry the meat until a crust appears, turn the heat down. Add the rest of the onion, stir and add the garlic and sugar after 5 minutes. After another 5 minutes, add apples, prunes and wine.
Add some more spices to the meat and mix well. Try to keep the fire low.
Simmer the meat under a closed lid over low heat for 45-50 minutes. Stir occasionally.
