Here is a simple recipe for making whites without yeast. The dough is prepared without yeast based on kefir, eggs and flour. I made the filling from purchased homemade minced meat (this is faster). Belyashi rise perfectly, during the cooking process, they turn out to be ruddy and appetizing. Good luck!

- Eggs - 4 Pieces
- Kefir - 2 Glasses
- Salt - 1 tbsp. a spoon
- Soda - 1 Teaspoon
- Homemade mince - To taste
- Flour - To taste
- River onion - 2 Pieces
- Pepper - To taste

How to cook "Belyashi without yeast"

Add eggs to kefir, beat everything well. Then add baking soda, salt and flour and knead the dough. We put it in a bag and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Add finely chopped onion to the minced meat, salt and pepper to taste.

Divide the dough into small balls, dip in flour and roll into flat cakes with a rolling pin.

Place the filling in the center, pinch the edges, leaving a hole in the center. Fry the whites in vegetable oil until golden brown. Fry on both sides.
