Scrambled eggs with lard and tomatoes are another way to make delicious scrambled eggs. I adopted this method from my grandmother, for whom it was so important to feed her grandchildren (and then suddenly a war!). They fed us to the slaughter, but such scrambled eggs, perhaps, and today remains a favorite among all scrambled eggs, despite their danger to the figure. It is prepared quickly, easily, naturally, but its taste brings colossal gastronomic delight.

How to cook "Scrambled eggs with lard and tomatoes"

Cut the bacon into strips.

Fry in a skillet until transparent and then add finely chopped onions, fry, stirring, until golden brown. Put the tomatoes on top, cut into circles.

Then add the eggs (I beat them slightly beforehand) and fry everything until tender. Season with salt and pepper.

Put the finished scrambled eggs on a plate, sprinkle with fresh herbs, you can add fresh vegetables and a side dish and serve. Bon Appetit!
