This is a simple recipe for marinated chanterelles in oil. In this recipe, mushrooms are marinated in vegetable oil. The finished preservation is stored, as a rule, in the refrigerator, but it is also possible in a dry and cool cellar. Happy cooking and let it turn out delicious!

- Chanterelles - 1 Kilogram
- Salt - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Sugar - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Peppercorns - 10 Pieces
- Cloves - 10 Pieces
- Vinegar - 1 Tbsp. a spoon
- Water - 1 Liter
- Dill - To taste
- Vegetable oil - 3/4 Cup
How to cook "Chanterelles marinated in oil"
We carefully sort the mushrooms, rinse and boil in salted water for 15 minutes.
Boil the marinade, put the chanterelles in it and cook for another 7-8 minutes.
We put the mushrooms in sterilized jars, fill them with marinade on top and close them tightly with lids. Let the jars cool and store them in the refrigerator.
