How to cook "Plum Jam in the Oven"

We wash the plums in cold water.

Get rid of the seeds in plums. For speed, you can use a pencil or any object similar in shape.

Pour the plums into a baking sheet.

Add water to the plums, cover them with sugar.

We put the baking sheet in the oven and heat it up to 200 degrees.

We keep the plums in the oven for about 30 minutes. Stir the mixture periodically.

We pour the jam into pre-sterilized jars.

When the jam has cooled down, you can serve it to the table.
