Cooking description:
Cut the onion into thin half rings and simmer over low heat in a little vegetable oil. It should become soft, transparent and decrease in volume by 3-4 times, but in no case should it begin to change color, otherwise the julienne will taste bitter and acquire the smell of fried onions. Put a spoonful of flour into the finished onion, mix and remove from heat. Cook the chicken until tender and cut into fibers. Mix chicken, onion, sour cream, spices in a separate bowl. Cut off the top of the bun and select the crumb, leaving the walls about 0.5 cm thick. Put the mixture in the bun. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Put in an oven preheated to 180C or microwave, and cook until the cheese melts.
