How to make mushroom julienne:

1. To begin with, we wash and clean the onions and mushrooms, and cut them as small as possible.

2. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until transparent.

3. Add mushrooms and fry until tender, season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Add sour cream in portions, and reduce the heat. Simmer until it almost thickens.

5. While our julienne is stewing on low heat, grate the hard cheese, and after five minutes add it to the pan.

6. No need to stir, it is necessary for the cheese to melt and make the signature "crust" of this dish.

Done! As you can see, even a child can cook mushroom julienne at home! And regarding the specifics of your taste preferences, it's up to you, you can add spices, green onions, or parsley. I really like to sprinkle such julienne on top with hot red pepper, but this is not for everybody:)
