How to cook "Julienne in a bun"
1. First of all, let's prepare all the products. Peel the onion from the husk, rinse it under running water. Cut the chicken breast fillet into small cubes. Finely chop the onions and fry in a preheated pan in vegetable oil until transparent.
2. Add mushrooms to the onion. First, the mushrooms must be boiled, almost until cooked. Add chopped chicken pieces to the pan to the onions and mushrooms, mix everything well.
3. In another frying pan, melt the butter. Add wheat flour to the melted butter, and mix everything intensively.
4. Add cream to butter and flour, mix until the lumps disappear completely. Mix the sauce with the meat filling.
5. Cut off the top of the loaf of bread and remove the pulp. Put the filling into the bun. Grate the cheese and sprinkle the fillings on top.
6. In a preheated oven we send to bake. We bake until the cheese is melted.
